4 slices bread
4 eggs, beaten
¼ cup low fat milk
1 tbsp. sliced green chili (depends acc to your taste)
2tbsp minced onion�
¼ tsp haldi
¼ tsp chilli powder
Few curry leaves
A little paprika, or any curry masala just for flavoring�
4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) for cooking the dish
Combine eggs and everything below on list. Heat a nonstick pan over medium-high.
One slice at a time, soak bread in egg batter on both sides, then cook in pan until golden brown on each side (keep medium flame). Make sure egg is cooked through all the way.
